  • IT project manager with 5+ years of experience managing complex IT projects of an appropriate size
  • 3-5 years of experience implementing large SAP SD, MM & FI/CO implementations
  • Experience implementing 3rd party Warehouse Management packages with SAP
  • Ability to design solutions, present alternatives, reach consensus, control scope creep, dive into technical detail, match technical skills to technical needs, etc. hands-on vs. having had project team leads or other team members that this person merely coordinated

Business System Analysts

  • Basic knowledge of key concepts and processes within the Software Development Life Cycle is required. Experience in agile software development lifecycle such as XP, SCRUM is a strong positive.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new and changing business and technical environments as well as strong analytical, problem solving and quantitative abilities.
  • Advanced skills using Microsoft Excel.  Basic skills/familiarity with other Microsoft business products (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Windows) required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences (technical and non-technical, staff and managerial), and in a wide range of settings (e.g., one-on-one, small group, in person, conference calls and via e-mail).
  • Basic understanding of relational database architectures and tools is required. Practical experience using MySQL, .NET, PHP, SQL Server 2005, T-SQL, Microsoft Access, Visual Studio, Microsoft Reporting Services, Crystal Reports or VBScript is desired, but not required.
